The hoomans finally decided what barbecue to buy last week and we've been eating most of our meals outside ever since. (For those interested we got a gas bbq that can travel with us when we go away which is great - I look forward to sausages myself).
I did have to repel a garden invaders the other day .. actually it was just a feather on the lawn but I HATE them.
Mum says I shouldn't bark at feathers because I am a gundog!

Another day ...
another walk ... another horse trial fence!
This time it is a sunken ditch at Belton where we went on Sunday for a walk. I haven't been to any horse trials yet this year. Mum was going to take me to Bramham a couple of weeks ago but it poured with rain and she said I would have come home as brown as Max from all the mud.
Here's Max looking all serious, he's obviously just 'spotted something'!

Weekend away
We've been back three days and I'm only just managing to post some pictures of our lovely weekend in Derbyshire. The delay is mainly because Mum had to go away suddenly for a couple of days and Dad forgot to log onto her 'puter!
Anyway, we had a great time. We stayed on a lovely site which had so many rabbits it was hard to count them all. Mum said they were very cheeky as they kept coming up to sit in front of our van to have a wash or eat some grass. They didn't seem to be at all bothered when I barked at them although one did move very quickly when my lead snapped on Saturday evening and I got away from Dad!
On Saturday we went to Buxton and got left in the car while Mum and Dad went for a stroll around town. (Mum managed to come back with some treats for us and a new top for herself!) Later we went for a lovely long walk in the park at Chatsworth. We came across some of the permanent horse trials fences ... this one is called 'Pegasus'
and here is one of me ..
